Romantic Date Ideas Spice Up Your Love Life!
The best romantic date ideas are the ones where you put a lot of thought and effort
into pleasing your partner…and enriching your relationship, whatever stage you're at.
When you've actually planned something special for him or her you're telling them
how important they are to you and how important being with them is.
And who wouldn't want to be pampered and made to feel special?!!
Think of being whisked away for the weekend to New York or Paris or any number of amazing destinations for a weekend break. This is probably number one on most people's lists as a romantic date, especially if it's a surprise. We've all seen movies where the leading character gets taken by private jet to some Caribbean love-nest or flown to a faraway city for lunch. And, okay, a private jet is out of the price range of most of us but the idea behind it is the same whether you're a millionaire or you're on a budget…you and your partner get to spend time alone together enjoying a new environment and new experiences. A lot of travel companies do really good deals on weekend breaks. You don't even have to fly – driving to a nice hotel in the city or countryside and only staying one night is still romantic. The most important thing is to plan the journey, the accommodation and your itinerary because it shows that you've really considered your partner and you want to do something special for him or her without them having to make any plans themselves. Another great idea is to plan a romantic evening at home. Start by setting the scene – buy flowers and scented candles to make the place look and smell beautiful. Making the effort to cook a special meal for your date will definitely impress him or her. Maybe snuggle up together and watch a
romantic movie.
And how about finishing off the evening by giving them a massage – total pampering is always appreciated!

Going for a walk in the countryside or even just your local park is also a great romantic date idea.
There's something very special about being outdoors in nature with another person. You can do this during the
day or at night...how romantic is a moonlit walk?
You could maybe pick a bunch of wild flowers for him or her along the way. And
why not take a picnic to really make the date stand out?
Has your partner ever talked about wanting to do something but never got around to
organising it? Maybe they've always wanted to try horse riding or travelling in a hot
air balloon. Keep your ears open for clues about what they would love to do. And why
not organise their dream activity? It'll show you really care for them and that you've actually
been paying attention to what they've been saying!
Or perhaps they love doing something that you've never been very enthusiastic about.
Do they love art galleries or museums or going to see sporting events but you just
think that's boring?! Why not try giving these things another go and really make an
effort to be open-minded this time? It really is romantic to do something especially for
another person. And who knows, you might even enjoy it!
Another romantic date idea is to take your date back to where you first met or where
your first date was. It'll show them that you've remembered a really important event
in both your lives and reminiscing is always magical.
So use your imagination and your knowledge about your partner to find the perfect
romantic date idea. You'll make him or her very happy and it'll be a fulfilling and
rewarding experience for you both.
